On my face

Acne oh acne. Face pls behave, you're ruining my life with all the breakouts. Pls just get it together, I wish we could break up, but we stuck forever unlike some people. Oh well, at least my face won't just wake up one day and decide to leave.

I wish I can take pills for it or something. I even googled it and it turns out there's a pill called isotretinoin which is like the cure for acne and it pretty much contains pure vitamin A. But then, it apparently causes depression. LUL WHAT. Oh, and it's a prescription medicine so you probably can't just walk into a pharmacy and buy it. So what's the other method? It's that overused piece of advice again, diet and exercise. Though I will not comment on the exercise part because I don't actually do any. I have this condition where I hate sweating, I'm pretty sure it's a legit thing.

So I did some research, or more like google search desperately, and turns out gluten is one of the biggest causes of acne. Gluten includes white rice, white bread, and all that bird food-ish stuff like wheats, barley, rye, nuts and etc. Some people may hate wheats and oats and think they're bird food, but honestly I go nuts over them, pun intended. I think they're the most awesome thing ever, but then they apparently aggravate acne. Since a weeks ago, I went cold and gave up all of them. Sigh, sacrifices must be made. So, if you've got acne you could probably try decreasing your gluten intake, might help I guess. It helped me a bit as of right now, but it didn't really clear up everything, still it decreased.

And the second culprit is peanuts. Seriously peanuts are the worst. I think almonds are too. But not too sure on that, I just know that peanuts are awful pimple causing food. And apparently dark chocolate can help in moderation. Well, I don't know any of the chemistry behind all those foods so google them I guess.

In the meantime, I will go back to breaking down in silence hoping my face stops torturing me with all these pimples under my skin that hurt like cray. Someday I will invent a pill that cures acne without causing depression. Support me everyone. Thankxxzz.
