Current trending phrase in my friend group: 为何放弃治疗?

Direct translation: Why did you give up (psychological) treatment?

Come let me teach you how to read it, wèi hé fàng qì zhì liáo. Now you know how to subtly insult someone in Chinese! *two thumbs up* This is most commonly used for those face palm situations with your friends, all the way up to those please-run-into-my-fist type of situations where your friend says something incredibly lame and/or dumb. Feeling completely speechless? Use this phrase!

For example:

Friend: Walao why I look like kpop star one?

Everyone in unison: 为何放弃治疗?

Or you could get everyone to sing it out like a choir, that might get the point across more clearly. SATB parts!

There are variations on this term, namely 请不要放弃治疗, which is reserved for those who still have hope to redeem themselves. Direct translation meaning please don't give up (psychological) treatment, so hey! At least still got cure what. Wo men hui bang ni jia you de!

OR for those who are absolutely hopeless and will only get a more severe case of lame-ness, there is an ultimate form of this word:

Ni men bie lao shuo bu yao fang qi zhi liao shen me de, hao xiang shuo cheng you de jiu shi de.

TRANSLATION, stop saying those don't give up treatment or what what, say until like still got cure one.

WHICH MEANS, just give up, no cure already. 

Holding on is for those who actually still got hope HAHAHA.
